Visiting
Where is Match Point KC?
3109 NW Vesper Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015. There is secure, ample parking on site.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 8:30pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm, and Sunday 8:30am to 3pm. Holiday hours can differ, so call (816) 224-7999 if you are making a special trip.
Are there locker rooms?
Yes, locker rooms and showers are available, so it is realistic to play before work.
Playing
How many courts are there?
4 indoor tennis courts and 4 indoor pickleball courts, all heated and cooled indoor hard courts. Because everything is indoors, nothing gets cancelled for weather.
How do I book a court?
Court reservations run through our booking portal. You can see live availability, pick a time, and reserve in a couple of taps.
Do I need my own racquet or paddle?
Not to get started. Ask when you book and we will confirm what is available for your session. Call (816) 224-7999.
How do leagues work?
We run adult leagues and weekly adult activities. Tell us roughly how you play and we will point you at the one that fits your level.
Learning
I have never played. Can I still come?
Yes, and you would not be the first this week. Start with a private or group lesson and we will get you rallying. Bring trainers with a flat sole. We have racquets and paddles you can borrow.
What do you offer for kids?
Junior development at beginner, intermediate and competitive levels, high performance training, and junior match play. Some of the top juniors in the city, the state and the country train here.
Are your coaches background checked?
Yes. Every coach at Match Point KC is USTA Safe Play approved. Safe Play is the USTA's athlete safety program, and approval means SafeSport training and a criminal background screen. It applies to every coach here, adults and juniors alike.
Food
Can I eat here?
There is a lounge with a view over the courts, plus snacks and cold drinks, and it is open to everyone. You do not have to be a member or even be playing that day. Call ahead if you are bringing a group.
Membership
Do I have to be a member to play?
Courts can be reserved through the booking portal. For current membership options and what they include, call (816) 224-7999 or send a note to info@matchpointkc.com.
Can I book the place for a group or a company event?
Yes. Company outings, birthdays, fundraisers and private tournaments all work here, including for groups where most people have never played. Send us the date and headcount and we will put a plan together.
