Using this website

This website is published by MatchPoint KC. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purpose: getting in touch with us, asking about programs, and signing up for news. You may not use the site to send spam, to scrape or copy its content, to interfere with how it works, or for anything unlawful.

Bookings, memberships and classes

Court reservations, memberships, class registration and payments are handled by CourtReserve, a separate service. When you use it you agree to CourtReserve's terms and to the club's own booking and cancellation rules shown there. Everyone plays under the club's liability waiver, which you sign before your first time on court.

Prices and information

We work hard to keep prices, hours and program details on this site accurate, and the hours page reflects what the club publishes. Even so, prices and schedules can change, and the rate shown in CourtReserve at the time you book is the one that applies. If something on the site looks wrong, call us and we will sort it out.

Content

The photography, video, words and logo on this site belong to MatchPoint KC or are used with permission. You may share links to the site freely. Please do not reuse our photos or copy without asking.

Links to other sites

We link to CourtReserve, Google Maps and our social accounts. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, MatchPoint KCis not liable for loss arising from your use of the website itself, including reliance on information that has since changed. Nothing here limits the club's responsibilities to you as a player or member under Missouri law or the waiver you sign.
