Who we are
This website is run by MatchPoint KC, 3109 NW Vesper Street, Blue Springs, MO 64015. Questions about anything on this page go to info@matchpointkc.com or (816) 224-7999.
What we collect
Things you type into a form.The contact form, the get-started questionnaire, the event enquiry form and the email signup collect what you enter: usually a name, an email address, a phone number, and your message or answers. The get-started questionnaire may ask who is playing, which sport, a skill rating, and for junior players a child's age. We only ask for what we need to point you at the right court, group or coach.
How you use the site. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found us, and the Meta Pixel to measure whether our advertising on Facebook and Instagram brings people here. Both set cookies and collect technical information such as your browser, device, rough location and the pages you view. Neither tells us who you are by name.
What we do with it
- Answer your enquiry and get you booked, coached or signed up.
- Send the newsletter, if you asked for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Understand which pages and ads work, so we spend less on the ones that do not.
We do not sell your information, and we do not rent our list to anyone.
Who else sees it
CourtReserve runs court booking, memberships, class registration and payments. When you reserve a court or create an account, you are dealing with CourtReserve directly and their privacy policy applies to that information. We do not receive your card details.
Google (Analytics) and Meta (the Pixel) receive the usage information described above. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on and manage Meta advertising in your Facebook ad preferences.
Our web host stores form submissions and the mailbox they are sent to. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
The analytics and advertising tools above use cookies. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though CourtReserve needs cookies to keep you signed in when you book.
Children
Our junior programs are for players under 18, but this website is meant to be used by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 through the website. If you think a child has sent us something directly, email us and we will delete it.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and for our records, then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for the period set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
Your choices
Email info@matchpointkc.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We will reply within 30 days. Missouri residents and visitors from other states have the rights their state law gives them, and we will honor those requests the same way.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Anything significant will also be noted on the contact page for a while afterwards.
